Dalai Lama: My New Kickass Fellow Citizen!

I went drifting
Through the capitals of tin
Where men can't walk
Or freely talk
And sons turn their fathers in

Ain't nothin' but House par-tay:This is hella-kickass. And a half:
Honorary citizenship for Dalai Lama

OTTAWA — The Dalai Lama has been given honorary Canadian citizenship.

Members of Parliament agreed unanimously Thursday to a Conservative motion to grant the honour to the Tibetan spiritual leader.

It's the third time Parliament has approved such a measure.

The only other honorary citizenships were bestowed on iconic South African leader Nelson Mandela, and on Raoul Wallenberg, credited with saving the lives of thousands of Hungarian Jews during the Second World War.

That's right- what's right comes before what stacks chips. Here's a message from us to China: We're not going to play bitch like Australia, subverting our foreign policy to trade policy.

China's going to be the next power (maybe) and it's great to be on good terms with them, but geez, we're not going to fall off when it comes to morals.

--->Did you notice Mandela needs no freakin' introduction, Rob Anders? Nelson is still the king. Amandla!
