LONDON (AFX) - Police officers at Liverpool Street Station told AFX News they are investigating the explosions on the London Underground as a terrorist incident, even though official statements still point to the possibility of a power surge.

A rail union official said there has been at least one explosive device on the underground, according to Sky News.

One more reason for the fly trap strategy.
One more reason for Canada to get with the program.
One more reason to start the preparations.
