Look Out: Marky Mark is Aaaaangry!
That we can party on the positiive side
And pump posititve vibes
So come along for the ride
Making you feel the rhythm is my occupation
So feel the vibration
--Marky Mark
The somewhat accomplished actor, Mark Wahlberg, a guy who hasn't been referred to as 'That kid brother of Donnie from the New Kids' or 'Marky Mark' since Colour Me Badd was ripping up the charts, is again reppin' his rap side once again:
4. Marky Mark aims at Eminem. Mark "Marky Mark" Wahlberg recently criticized Em for portraying a false image of toughness in his music and film. In a recent interview with Details Magazine, Wahlberg, who was convicted of assault and served time 17 years ago, bashed Slim for glorifying his rough upbringing in the semi-autobiographical 8 Mile flick. Wahlberg also takes shots at Ben Affleck and his The Departed co-star, Matt Damon for highlighting a rough childhood in Good Will Hunting. "My childhood wasn't some ‘8 Mile' bullsh!t where you go and have a rap-off, or like Westside Story where you all start dancing and sh!t."
Okay, that's quote is funny. It's like South Park: "You got served". ...But this is a serious rap journal talking about Marky Mark. Lame*10. It can only mean they are privvy to some underground Marky Mark mixtape that will blow the lid off the white boy rap wars, a la Vanilla Ice Vs. Em, Em vs. Everlast, Em Vs. DJ Lethal/LB, LB Vs House of Pain, House of Pain Vs House of Pain.

Interesting note: I got ahold of Eminem's Shroomz mixtape, which is pretty interesting. He rhymes over Jay-Z, B.I.G., and Tupac beats..and remixes Wu Tang. He also does a remix of Ice Ice Baby over the Real Slim Shady beats......
