Japan: Where is the Love?
Father Father Father help us
Send some guidance from above
Cause people got me got me questioning
Where is the love?

Japan's government is being proactive against a declining population, finally. Expanded immigration, you might ask? Relaxed refugee regulations? More work visas? Green card programs?

Nope:
In an attempt to curb the declining birthrate, the Nara prefectural government will begin organizing matchmaking on the Internet from new fiscal year that begins in April.

Beginning in August, it will invite married and engaged couples to write essays about how they became acquainted and other experiences and later will publish a selection of them in a "love manual."

Meanwhile, the Kobe municipal government will build a walking trail at the scenic Kikuseidai observation deck on Mt. Maya, hoping that it will become a new canoodling spot.

Hmmm, apparently government does have a role in the bedroom. It is grinning creepily while watching from the closet.

A love manual? A government sponsored kama sutra? (Fill in your own government sex joke here).
