SEC + Eliot Spitzer = Good Times at Wall Street's Christmas Party
Thieves!

You'll notice the OSC has done little in comparison to the unholy duo of the NY's DA and the SEC two:
SEC files fraud charges against Conrad Black

NEW YORK (AP) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has filed fraud charges against Canadian-born newspaper baron Conrad Black and long-time business partner David Radler, accusing them of using Hollinger International as "their personal piggy bank."

"Instead of carrying out their responsibilities to protect the interest of public shareholders, the defendants cheated and defrauded these shareholders through a series of deceptive schemes and misstatements," Stephen Cutler, the SEC's director of enforcement, said in a statement Monday.

Thank g-d that Hollinger is publicly listed in the US, otherwise we would never have heard anything.
