Iraq: Sovereign Once More.
Progress: Amp up and amplify.

Turkey Welcomes Iraq's Proposal

SHARM EL-SHEIKH (AA) - Turkey has welcomed Iraq's proposal to sign a similar
border security agreement it signed earlier with Syria to prevent infiltration
of terrorists, with other neighboring countries including Turkey, sources told
the A.A on Tuesday. The proposal was put forward by Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari of Iraq during yesterday's meeting of the regional initiative for Iraq in Sharm el-Sheikh city of Egypt.

Queue quote about 'good fences/good neighbours' etc. That agreement with Syria is key....and you'll notice that the US is taking a back seat to Iraq. This is interesting all around...

Russia and others are dropping their 'odious debt' and the ME is coming to terms with the new found nation. It is what you might call 'international legitimacy'. Other nations might find that they don't like the US or the war, but the new Iraq is a fact. It isn't going to be overrun by terrorists and other nations are making an informed decision to deal with the current administration.....
