VANCOUVER - Leaders in both the Jewish and Muslim
communities are expressing shock and surprise at comments made by a Vancouver mosque leader.

Sheik Younus KathradaYounus Kathrada compared Jews to
monkeys and swine during a lecture last spring. He went on to say eventually Muslims will win a war against Jews. The lecture was taped and posted on the mosque's website.

Duan Ismail, president of the B.C. Muslim Association knows the mosque leader and says Kathrada is a moderate.

Please tell me that he is an extremist. If this guy is a moderate.....
