Worst. Flight. Ever.

Word from the newly wise: Don't fly All Nippon Airways. My flight was 9 hours of unholy terror. More to come. I seriously didn't think I was going to live. For 5 hours straight I believed I would not last another 5 minutes.

Letter to a customer service rep already being written up. Will post. I'm still at LAX and I'm about to catch the flight home to Vancouver. No sleep and its 5 am Osaka time.
