Gagliano: the slimiest dirtbag on earth.

alphonso gagliano is a politician transported in time and space from a third world despot regime from the 50's to modern day canada. he is a corrupt, lying, self serving loser. he is not apologizing for destroying our faith in government, for ripping the taxpayers off, for being as irresponsible as possible.

instead gagliano is placing all the blame on his subordinates. apparently, gagliano was too busy to keep close tabs on what they were doing. of course, operating without records was how he did it, but he was sloppy nonetheless. and already, an army of public servants with everything to lose have come forward to disagree with a man with absolutely nothing to lose by lying, protecting, covering up. motives are important here.
