Why I'll never work for the UN
Yeah, uh sign me up for a tour of duty in the most violent nation on earth, without weapons, and um..make it so i don't speak the language or understand the situation. and oh yes, make sure that several foreign armies and internal militias are wandering around killing people.

And uh, when i'm in trouble, please do not take measures to save my life...just make sure there is enough red tape and policy so i can't possibly be saved...after its all done you can throw up your hands and say" that's the policy" and then feel no remorse. no guilt. no problem.

What a tragic, bureaucratic mess in the congo.
