To cut costs during the downturn after Enron, etc wall st. looked to india for its financial analysts...in India they'd be paid about a quarter as much money.

wow! what an aggressive, risky, and potentially dangerous move on his part. I think this is why he got in trouble in the first place:

Maybe he could explain why he was high on speed and looking for a kill even though he was given an explicit order not to attack. Why doesn't he martial a guilty conscience? check this out:
