IT under pressure!
The uberdork professor, mr. instapundit himself, weighing in on the increasing role of outsourcing IT jobs.....india is very big on this..not just IT either, but finance jobs. To cut costs during the downturn after Enron, etc wall st. looked to india for its financial analysts...in India they'd be paid about a quarter as much money.

Mr. "friendly fire" himself
wow! what an aggressive, risky, and potentially dangerous move on his part. I think this is why he got in trouble in the first place:

Lawyers for Major Harry Schmidt said Wednesday their client requested that the military convene a trial to address the more serious charges he was facing in the incident that also injured eight soldiers.

Maybe he could explain why he was high on speed and looking for a kill even though he was given an explicit order not to attack. Why doesn't he martial a guilty conscience? check this out:

His lawyer, Charles Gittins, has insisted that a trial would allow Major Schmidt to present evidence detailing how a systemic communications breakdown contributed to the accident.

That's a far cry from the crocodile tears at the beginning of this fiasco: "i'm so sorry, i wish i could do it over, blah, blah, blah" obviously, he no feels there is no reason for himself to be punished at all, and now starts pointing the finger, now that the heat is off. what a cro(c/o)k. I hope his own military fries him.

Maureen Dowd: The left's PC Racist
why maureen! you sho' put that black man in his place! Could or should anyone on the right say that a black judge is "barking mad"?

Let's review, Snoop Dowdy Dowd

Dowd/Myth It makes him crazy that people think he is where he is because of his race, but he is where he is because of his race.

I thought it was because he was an accomplished student, lawyer and judge. From biography.com:

RealityThanks to his sterling academic record, Thomas was admitted to the law schools at Yale, Harvard, and the University of Pennsylvania

Dowd/MythWhat a cunning man Clarence Thomas is.

He knew that he could not make a powerful legal argument against racial preferences, given the fact that he got into Yale Law School and got picked for the Supreme Court thanks to his race.

er...
Reality...Thomas accepted a position on the staff of Attorney General John Danforth, a Republican. With Danforth's election to the Senate in 1977, Thomas took a job as an attorney for the Monsanto Company in St. Louis. In 1979, Thomas moved to Washington, D.C., and became a legislative assistant to Danforth on the condition that he not be assigned to civil rights issues ...In 1981 Thomas was appointed assistant secretary for civil rights in the United States Department of Education....In 1982, Thomas became the chairman of the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)...Thomas served two consecutive terms as chairman.

Whoa, kemosabe, she's pretty beaten up! should we keep going? okay!

Dowd: the racist moment supreme: he is disgusted with his own great historic ingratitude.

I know Maureen. why doesn't he show his "gratitude" for being able to vote/exist/live by just agreeing with whatever left wing cause raises a ruckus? what an ingrate! and to think he got all those "free passes" for being diverse! and then he goes on to be diverse! insanity!
