What the hell was Ignatieff smoking before this quote regarding the Liberal's new symbol, the Puffin?

"It's a noble bird because it has good family values. They stay together for 30 years,'' Ignatieff said Thursday outside a Liberal caucus retreat in the Newfoundland capital.
"They lay one egg (each year). They put their excrement in one place. They hide their excrement. ... They flap their wings very hard and they work like hell.
"This seems to me a symbol for what our party should be.''

Grand Mere, Sponsorgate, Gagliano, BDC, Riot at the Hyatt.... Ahh, I guess hiding shit really is what the Liberal party is good at.... Or at least try to be good at.

Nevermind, the point is that the Liberal party aspires to these ideals of hiding their shit, rather than being out in the open about their feces. Kudos to the Liberals and their new bitch symbol with absolutely no relevance to Canadian history, geography, politics or its regions.
