London — Paul Martin ridiculed Conservative rival Stephen Harper this morning for ducking the press in the final weekend of his campaign, arguing that it shows that Mr. Harper's claim to be accountable is insincere.

Martin ridicules Harper's media strategy?

Beer and popcorn. Options Canada. Notwithstanding clause. Military occupation ads. Trust scandal. Valeri land deal. John Duffy intimidating CTV. No real policy announcements. Demonizing Alberta, Harper, thinking people, conservatives. Equating national unity with the Liberals - a party at 12% in Quebec.

Take that weak **** out of here. Have a sense of shame.

Everyone knows the moment when it went so wrong for Paul Martin. It's just that every moment is different.

Have some class on the way out the door and apologize.

When Martin concedes defeat on Monday, I would like to see the leadership of the Liberals admit they let the country down. I want resignations, a house cleaning and a mea culpa. An apology for dividing the country and reinforcing regionalism. It's a small wishlist, but it will never happen.

Harper's ties to the US are pretty weak. Why don't you just say he lives *gasp* near the US?

Or

Harper lives in country that is the US' biggest trading partner!

Scary! Superscary!
