Overheard

1. Yesterday, a female client described a suicide attempt at a train station near my workplace. Apparently, the female suicide attemptee jumped from a low lying building and broke through some glass floors at ground level and went straight through to the basement.

The glass floor broke her fall and she survived.

2. Barbara Bush said today on Larry King, that Hilary might beat the republican nominee in 2008. George Sr immediately said that wouldn't happen.

Just an interesting little slip of the tongue. I'm hoping for a McCain/Clinton title fight in 2008.
