How I Stopped Worrying And Learned To, Uh, Appreciate The BC Liberals
The type of ***** that you need in yo' crew
Type of dude that will do **** you won't do, can't do

BC: Do you remember 4 years ago? More specifically, does BC have the attention span of an ADD afflicted 4 year old? We need to keep the power in the hands of the BCLibs.

4 years ago, with the NDPers still in power and the province facing big time deficits, a lying cadre of bonafide criminals delayed an election as long as they could (sound familiar?) and a merry-go-round of premiers took turns in office.

8 years ago, BC was being run by Glen Clark, the NDP's best candidate (hahahha), and the only politically elected leader in Canadian history (other than Brian Mulroney) to poll in the 8% range.

4 years ago, BC was being run by a party that delivered Fast Ferries, a scandal that has so far dwarfed Adscam in terms of wasted public money.

4 years ago, BC's ruling party used one time offsets dealing with pension accounting to hide a massive increase in the public debt.

4 years ago, BC was overrun by economically illiterate fools, who destroyed signed contracts with Alcan to anihilate northern aluminum manufacturing.

4 years ago, BC was being strangled with ridiculous regulations.

4 years ago, BC was lead by a party that somehow made sure that the province missed the entire economic boom of the nineties.

4 years ago, BCers voted for positive change: less regulation, less interference in the economy, lower taxes, and balanced budgets. There have been mistakes, and there has been bad policy...but lets be clear:

The Liberals have made BC better and more competitive. We're not being run by unions and corrupt officials. We aren't run by criminals. We aren't being run aground by scandal pigs.

Gordo knows economics, he knows business, he knows improving the standard of living for BCers is going to see him keep his office. BC's taxes are lower, our finances are in order, and we are getting ready to see action in North America again.

We're back in the game. Why?

Because Gordo did things that were tough, unpopular and essential. He laid off government workers. He went to town on cutting spending. He cut our income taxes. He killed some regulations. He privatized some businesses.

He's the kind of guy that will do stuff you won't do-can't do.

He knows what you think of him, and doesn't give a ****. Balls out, hommes. Keep it going full steam. Yeah, he's a cold fish that lacks charisma, but the last guy with real charisma left us with a smarmy grin and a huge bill.

Remember this guy? Remember his regime? Remember his friends? They're still the mainstay of the NDP.

Friends don't let friends vote NDP.
