Smoking, etc.
I know the smoking ban in bars is taking effect in Ontario, etc....and will probably spread all across the east soon...

In Japan, there is no such ban...and it sucks. In BC, when the governments decided on the ban, I was not in favour (I don't smoke) because I don't like the state interfering like that....the economy would go down, etc...

But, libertarians can even understand that somebody's right to smoke, shouldn't interfere with another's negative right to be free from harm. It is a very small inconvenience thing to ask someone to leave the room to light up....Now, when I'm in bars here, I feel ill if I stay too long because of the smoke....Seriously, it's like a French rail car of billowing smoke.
