The Left Vs The Left's new bedfellows

well, if you lay down with dogs....you wake up getting as your assed whupped if you are a leftist gay activist who marches in support of the palestinians. and it has nothing (nothing!) to do with fundamentalism. nothing. there is no correlation between the horrid executions of gays in palestine and this violent action in London.

the left has to realize, that apart from their central tenent of 'anti americanism' they share nothing in terms of values with the murderers of palestine.

London) Members of two British gay rights groups were attacked when they attempted to participate in a demonstration for Palestinian rights.

OutRage and Queer Youth Alliance went to the protest march at Trafalgar Square to show their support for people of Palestine. But they also urged the Palestinian Authority to halt the arrest, torture and murder of homosexuals.

As soon as they arrived at the square members of the two groups were surrounded by an angry, screaming mob of Islamic fundamentalists, Anglican clergymen, members of the Socialist Workers Party, the Stop the War Coalition, and officials from the protest organizers, the Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC).

They variously attacked the gay activists as “racists”, “Zionists”, “CIA and MI5 agents”, “supporters of the Sharon government” and accused the gays of “dividing the Free Palestine movement”.

PSC organisers asked the gay activists to “stand at the back of the demonstration”, and when they refused blocked their placards with their own banners and shouted down the gay campaigners as they tried to speak to journalists and other protesters.

oh yes, and the palestinian animosity towards free speech and the democratic political process is not a valid concern here. nothing to see here people, just some paranoid conspiracy theorists/wannabe tyrants who buy up copious amounts of "mein kampf", pray for the murder of every israeli, and hate gays, americans, women, and infidels with unparalled rage and who are generally illiterate.

who in the west shares these values, other than KKK members? how did it come to this? and why are other non islamic activist group attacking gays as well? i guess even stalin was anti semitic. this is ridiculous.
