Customer Service
In the last month, i've been sworn at, lectured, hung up on, robbed, conned, disrespected by.....large companies. Some of this is still going on, but needless to say I'm thinking that customer service is going by the wayside as large companies become engrossed by hubris and arrogance.

As soon as all of these matters come to pass, and i free myself of the circumstances i'm in, i'll have taken names and kicked ass. details to come.....

Canada's job field, which has long been slanted to the east, took a sharp tilt west last month with B.C. recording 30,000 new jobs, more than half the new jobs created in the province so far this year.
