Why the Hell does BC do business with California?
First we lose millions from Hydro selling them power, and now this. I hope that proper common sense will prevail, although with Gray Davis at the helm, he's probably going to portray BC as a Capitalist master to the worker slaves of California who have been bilked (bilked!) for all they are worth.

Too bad California power regulation makes as much sense as comrade Davis. the state had no money (still doesn't) or power because dumb regulations so they bought power on the open market...hmmm and the price was high because there was a shortage so California and surprise (!) they didn't get the prices they wanted. If BC has to pay back a cent, it should go to a NAFTA tribunal immediately...however, seeing how the Softwood negotiations have worked, I doubt it will do anything.

Why so glum, chum? Not enough anti-semitic mixture in your rum? NPR, unfortunately, doesn't call a spade a spade. First the G8 won't/can't call the 2000 attacks against israel since 9/11 terrorist attacks and now this. At some point in the future, i believe we will see this another low point in our collective history.
