First off, i have to link to the new Policy Review article about universal democracy. Policy Review is good solid analysis and it always seems to be right on target . ...partly because of contributor Victor Davis Hanson.

Ratings Schmatings
So andrew sullivan tops the blogs...i suspected as much...Someday sully (shaking fist in air)! I'm surprised that talking points memo didn't make it a little farther up the list.....its seems that right wing bloggers are owning the scene for the most part.....i guess Alterman is only part right: What Liberal Media?

Where is Mark Styen?
Over at his website steyn's been hinting that he's not coming back to the National Post...and the Post was running his usual column space with the words "mark steyn will return" for about a week after Whyte and company were ditched by Da Aspers. Well. um. its been a few weeks since then. The NP has stopped running that bad boy line and replaced. it. with. nothing! This is not an Exit!

Speaking of Weirdness and the Post
This is good stuff. Crossover of any type of music usually creates some totally new brand of music. Reggae + Punk = Ska...Ska + Rap = Sublime, 311...anyways..you get the drift......

and the new radiohead review.... ...and what the hell is Jewel doing (scroll about halfway down)? This is what happens when a singer/songwriter loses their way. i thought she might be salvagable! but no! first the book of poetry which sucked! and now this.
