I can't believe that scalia would even make believe that a law that bans two people of the same sex from having sex is somehow not oriented towards gays. How is that possible? Because straight men who might have had gay sex in college one time are also targeted? what is that? Obviously the law is aimed at gay people! Only ideology can blind someone so intelligent.
