What kind of human would do this? Can we take this out of the abstract and analyze this? Can you imagine yourself walking across a barren land with some bushes, a hot sun and rivers and entering a small shady village with a gun in hand? You come across a small 7 year old girl and her family and decide its killing time.

Can you sympathize with people like this? I'm sure almost anybody's reaction to seeing a small, defenceless girl is to protect her rather than the opposite, no matter what her nationality is (like nationality should matter at all). To overcome this natural response, there is vast moral frontier that has to be crossed. All taboos, natural responses, basic human sympathies must be thrown out the window. How can you hate so much? Is there any response to this question that would make sense? We're not talking about self defence, imminent danger or anihilating a clear and present danger to yourself.

The leadership of the Israelis has failed. The former human who did this has failed. The EU has failed. the US has failed. yasser arafat has succeeded in turning people into monsters, making the world believe the Israelies "had it coming", and maintaining his power. The world has failed palestine and israel.
